Walking is fantastic!   Like narcotics, I believe.  You get your exercise. You get fresh air.  You listen to nature. You might even meet nice people. And nice animals.  And each time you lose 1 kg your legs have 1 kg less above them each time you take a step.  So if you want 5.000 steps a day, you have saved your legs etc. 5.000 kg!  And if you reach 10.000 steps....    Very profitable Indeed 😉
